No on Gonzales for AG

If I were a Senator, I'd vote against confirming Alberto Gonzales as President Bush's attorney general.

It has little or nothing to do with his so-called torture memos. It has more to do with his misunderstanding of Second Amendment liberties.

I would, of course, support invocation of cloture to end any filibuster to prevent a vote on his confirmation.
